[title maintitle="Healthy London restaurant: Creates delicious vegan cheat meals!" subtitle=""] Redemption is London's answer to health. With a alcohol, refined sugar, wheat and dairy free vegan menu it is the last place you'd think to go to for your cheat meal. However, little did we realise that this Nottinghill and Shoreditch based restaurant has one of the tastiest yet most nutritious cheat meals we've ever tried. Bikini Girls' Vicky reviews. Obviously I've tucked into some sweet potato fries a little more recently, but as a health and fitness blogger and personal trainer burgers don't tend to be the top of my list. So as soon as I spotted the name, 'buff  burger' (£9.95) on the menu I knew my choice instantly. The buff burger is a protein packed shiitake mushroom, black bean and ruby beet burger in a gluten-free bun with tomato, lettuce, and caramelised red onion marmalade and it tastes delicious. Filling and nutritious I didn't think I'd be able to finish it - yet I did... and yes, I got a dessert too! [title maintitle="" subtitle="THE DESSERTS"]
Because we all know a cheat meal isn't a cheat meal without dessert...

I went for the seasonal cheesecake of the day (£6.50) and Josh went with the recommendation of the banoffee pie (£6.95). Both were presented beautifully and tasted delicious with edible flowers and coconut yoghurt. The banoffee pie was definitely both of our favourites. Made with a chewy nutty chocolate base and sticky medjool date salted caramel, bananas and coconut cream it is our recommendation of the two! If you are less of a sweet person then the tumeric latte's or mocktail menu will definitely do the trick!

Plus, they all have been rated on my fun and sweat factor scale. Enjoy! Love Vicky x   We all know that dieting two weeks before beach season won't cut it for results, so if like me you're getting started early - let's make it as fun and sweaty as possible!    [title maintitle="" subtitle="DW Fitness First - FGT BOOTCAMP"] [caption id="attachment_3090" align="alignnone" width="1500"] FGT Bootcamp - Photo credit: DW Fitness First[/caption] If you're in a rush for time but want to really feel that workout then this is the class for you. I did a morning 20 minutes FGT Bootcamp class at DW Fitness First London Cottons Club and left dripping with sweat! The class is split equally between 30 seconds of work and 30 seconds rest - and trust me, you'll want more rest! Within 20 minutes I'd battled with the battle ropes, swung and squatted with kettle bells and perfected my press ups. I love to feel worked hard during a workout and if you are the same then you need to give this one a try. With classes at many of the gym locations be sure to add this one to your morning routine - I'll see you there. Sweat factor: 5/5 Fun factor: 4/5 See the timetable for FGT here. The classes typically last 45 minutes and are delivered as an intense HIIT style programme. There are different bases in which you, as group you take turns moving round. From burpees to kettle bells and battle ropes to...
