Think again! Life saviours Miiro Ice Cream are here to help. Their ice creams which initially look like a magnum come in three different flavours: peanut, salted caramel and hazelnut (salted caramel being my ultimate favourite!) and are made from pea protein, coconut milk, raw cacao and coconut sugar. They are low in fat, completely vegan and refined sugar free. So, a perfect option for those who avoid dairy (like me), are trying to eat healthily or avoid animal products! [title maintitle="Healthy London restaurant: Creates delicious vegan cheat meals!" subtitle=""] Redemption is London's answer to health. With a alcohol, refined sugar, wheat and dairy free vegan menu it is the last place you'd think to go to for your cheat meal. However, little did we realise that this Nottinghill and Shoreditch based restaurant has one of the tastiest yet most nutritious cheat meals we've ever tried. Bikini Girls' Vicky reviews. [title maintitle="" subtitle="THE MENU"] [caption id="attachment_3230" align="alignnone" width="750"]Healthy london cheat meal restaurant Burger and fries: Shiitake burger with sweet potato recipes at Redemption Nottinghill[/caption] [caption id="attachment_3233" align="alignnone" width="750"]Healthy vegan restaurants Vicky tucking into her buff burger at Redemption Nottinghill £9.95[/caption] I can't actually remember the last time I had a burger and fries. Obviously I've tucked into some sweet potato fries a little more recently, but as a health and fitness blogger and personal trainer burgers don't tend to be the top of my list. So as soon as I spotted the name, 'buff  burger' (£9.95) on the menu I knew my choice instantly. The buff burger is a protein packed shiitake mushroom, black bean and ruby beet burger in a gluten-free bun with tomato, lettuce, and caramelised red onion marmalade and it tastes delicious. Filling and nutritious I didn't think I'd be able to finish it - yet I did... and yes, I got a dessert too! [title maintitle="" subtitle="THE DESSERTS"]

I went for the seasonal cheesecake of the day (£6.50) and Josh went with the recommendation of the banoffee pie (£6.95). Both were presented beautifully and tasted delicious with edible flowers and coconut yoghurt. The banoffee pie was definitely both of our favourites. Made with a chewy nutty chocolate base and sticky medjool date salted caramel, bananas and coconut cream it is our recommendation of the two! If you are less of a sweet person then the tumeric latte's or mocktail menu will definitely do the trick!
