I think nearly all of us can agree on that? Now thanks to Grace Belgravia the eating part can become guilt free down to the launch of their incredible and nutrient dense, Detox Brunch Menu' created by Head Chef Marcin Ksiazka. 'Definitely not your traditional egg and avocado breakfast' Probably the most flavoursome menu I have sampled this year and definitely not your traditional egg and avocado breakfast. This menu is set to detox you via three delicious courses. Josh and I head down to Grace Belgravia on Sunday to try out the three course Detox Menu at Grace Belgravia. Normally a women's only club however men are allowed entry on Weekends so, we make the most of this special exception. [title maintitle="" subtitle="Traffic Light Detox Shots and Tumeric Lattes"] The brunch starts with a trio of detox shots in traffic light colours. A tomato, red chilli and lime shot (probably my least favourite but definitely tastes detoxing) followed by a delicious lemon, ginger and turmeric shot and finishing with my favourite of the bunch a zesty, sweet green apple and Spirulina shot. We were asked to pick our food choices during the shots which were accompanied by a delicous and very on trend, Tumeric Latte; filled with anti-inflammatory properties and a warm, sweet and spicy milk. First we were treated to vegan protein pancakes, made with gluten free buckwheat flour stacked upon one another and topped with coconut yoghurt, blueberries and maple syrup.
