Think chocolate ice cream is a far away dream this summer which will only happen if you have a cheat meal? Think again! Life saviours Miiro Ice Cream are here to help. Their ice creams which initially look like a magnum come in three different flavours: peanut, salted caramel and hazelnut (salted caramel being my ultimate favourite!) and are made from pea protein, coconut milk, raw cacao and coconut sugar. They are low in fat, completely vegan and refined sugar free. So, a perfect option for those who avoid dairy (like me), are trying to eat healthily or avoid animal products!

With a delicious allergy friendly menu of pancakes, vegan & non vegan brunch options and protein shakes which you can eat outside or inside and that’s not all. The Lodge Space offer classes from Acro Yoga to HIIT. I trialled their acro yoga class and had so much fun getting into brand new inversions and trying new skills.

Because summer isn’t summer without a cool London cocktail bar to spend it at! The Megaro, a contemporary hotel in Kings cross is the ultimate go-to place. With two bars, the largest mini bar with retro snacks such as popcorn and unique cocktails tailored to your needs by the cocktail masters you are sure to have a good time. The floor below boasts a piano room with live performers and following the retro theme, an old theatre style bar with your own private booths.
