Colour that lasts for months at Easton Regal
Gorgeous root-free brown to blonde using micro foil highlights… balayage is over. This is the NEW way to lighten hair.
Easton Regal is one of my favourite London salons party due to its amazing location right off Farringdon and Clerkenwell with lovely restaurants nearby, and the building itself – a former print works warehouse – is stunning.
Tall ceilings, glam goth style architecture and chic decor and flowers spans two floors, yet it somehow manages to feel quite cosy & exclusive.
Staff are always full of stories, super friendly and pay the most attention to how you want your hair to look.
Easton Regal have recently hired the most amazing colourist, William, who spent many years working in Australia.
My hairdresser and I bonded over our many corresponding international escapades, Botox and boy talk
Did you know that foils can be better than balayage?
When I walked in to Easton Regal I said I wanted balayage, but William knew better. He could see my hair had been foiled previously, and after speaking with me it transpired that it was this effect I wanted more of – it looked good.
While I wouldn’t mind some more lightness added I wanted it to grow out slowly, healthily, and unnoticeably.
William spend the next hour and a half speeding through the smallest most micro sections, foiling my entire head with great precision.
After some time under the heat, a wash, Olaplaex treatment, condition and blow dry, my hair looked totally revived and there was no sign of stark change which I was pleased about.
What I noticed is more shine and reflection throughout and especially higher up my hair towards the root; lightness, and yet no obvious new highlights. This is the amazing effect I’m obsessed with at the moment and William got it spot on. I could tell it would grow out almost entirely discreetly.
‘This man is a magician’, I thought.
I’m always pleased after an appointment at Easton Regal – I can’t recommend them enough. To book or find out more, head to their website.
