There’s nothing that motivates us more in the gym than fresh kit. And ethics mean a lot to us, too. That’s why we’ve partnered with new ethical sportswear brand Sundried.

The activewear start-up’s unique roots and focus include stylish, technical triathlon kit perfect for cycling, swimming and running.

Personally, I’m especially keen on their all-purpose gear for gym and outdoor fitness.

So what is it that I find so motivating about the kit?

I’ve been wearing the red sports bra [Breithorn sports bra, £75] to death for multiple reasons.

Firstly, it holds me firmly in place. The most important point for exercise.

The crop boosts my assets and I just love the technical design at the back. It looks and feels good from all angles.

I feel like the bold tomato red shouts ‘Go!’ at me when I’m headed for morning fasted cardio and I swear it pushes me harder.

The first time I wore it I smashed out 500 calories worth of LISS [low intensity steady state] cardio on the treadmill.

Next, I need to talk about the drawstring leggings [£75 Ruinette Tights].

The reflective silver piping shows off my sculpted quads, the 4-way stretch material fits well all the way down my legs and makes me feel firmly held in, especially round the calves, ankles and bottom.

There’s something that says ‘Ready, Set’ about pulling and tying that red string at the waist.

I swear I squat deeper and heavier wearing them.

Finally, it has to be the £45 Sundried Tour Tank top in black.

Whether I’m feeling fit and strong or bloated and lazy on any particular gym day, the tank helps me feel fabulous and smash through a workout.

I have toned arms all year round so they’re always on show, while the way it’s built round the front sits nicely and firmly around the bust area keeping everything tastefully in place, and a flattering cut-out at the back shows off a little skin without risk of revealing or creating rolls.

The mid-section is loose enough to hide a little tummy and the pattern cut round the front gives an illusion of or highlights a whittled waist.

A total all-rounder which gets a massive thumbs up. I always feel amazing training back, chest or arms wearing this number – which also retains its shape and colour after multiple washes.
