Iced coffee is how I hydrate, refresh and POWER through summer!

It’s cooling, super tasty and SO convenient… and it’s my favourite drink this summer.

I’m not taking about those ‘double cream mocha frappe lattes blended with ice’ costing close to a fiver you order at the counter from a coffee shop.

Instead, I mean grab-and-go cartons you can pick up from the supermarket or order online. They’re quicker, cheaper and perfect fridge-to-handbag essentials for busy women like me.

Endless brands are bringing out their own versions – be it established coffee chains, widespread European brands or more pricey plant-based health food labels.

One tops the list for me – and it’s Jimmy’s Iced Coffee. I am vegan, and they do an awesome ‘DAIRY FREE’ version with just 64 calories per 100ml.

It’s all-natural and instead of dairy, it’s made with oats, and I love oat milk.

Jimmy’s Dairy Free is creamy yet SO refreshing. Literally it’s just five ingredients: Oats, Arabica coffee, rapeseed oil, Demerara sugar and a natural flavouring.

You can get a LITRE of it and make around 4 iced blended coffees at home or drink it straight from the carton, from Sainsbury’s for just £2.75! GODSEND as this is where I shop. There’s a massive Sainsbury’s superstore 10 mins from my flat.

Don’t get me wrong, I love little more than booking in business meetings in my favourite coffee shops over a giant iced blended soya hazelnut latte – but for day-to-day? It has to be a carton of dairy-free iced coffee.
